Daniel Sara Founder & Director Daniel is so honored to be leading this amazing, hysterically funny, growth-minded, and beautiful (inside and out) team of love & sex superheroes! He has been directing and performing "edu-tainment" for personal and professional development for over 25 years. Daniel earned his Masters in Counseling Psychology from CIIS and completed Improv Boston's 6-level School of Improv. By day, he is a leadership consultant, group facilitator, and executive coach. He lives in Sarasota, FL.

Ivy Sunflower Ivy Sunflower is an Award-Winning actress, director, and teaching artist. She can currently be found on screen in "What Tha Hell" on TubiTV, "I Need I Want" on Amazon Prime, and so many more. IVY teaches a plethora of skills at American Stage and in her private coaching sessions, such as playwriting, scene study, and of course improv. MS. SUNFLOWER recently directed an improv based web series entitled "My Dating Life Sucks" by Toneice Evans Productions, the short play "Money Matters" by Outcast Theatre Collective, and "Black Voices" as a part of American Stage's First Monday's. She is also a cast member in the improv web series "A Sketchy $h!t Show" by Toneice Evans Productions. IVY recently taught two Improv Masterclasses at the Tampa Bay Community Network. Improv is also how IVY SUNFLOWER got her name. So improv will always hold a special place in her heart. IVY aspires to inspire others through the art of performance, especially the next generation. MS. SUNFLOWER is honored to be apart of the Love & Fire Improv Troupe and cannot wait to embark on this journey with you all in those seats!

James Flombay James Flombay hails from the Nutmeg state. He was introduced to Improv in college. Flombay performed in New York, Philadelphia, and Wyoming. He trained with Upright Citizens Brigade and Philly Improv Theater. He currently calls Tampa home.

Chrystal "FireHeart" Kubis Besides having a deep love for Improv, Chrystal ‘FireHeart’ Kubis is an Empowerment Specialist, Spiritual Guide and Founder of Operation Radiate®. She passionately teaches people how to live and lead from a place of embodied empowerment and energetic mastery in their own lives and in the world. She trains people from all walks of life on how to reclaim personal power over their fears, rise to leadership roles in their lives, and thrive from a place of inner freedom and joy. Chrystal has mentored thousands of students, professionals & entrepreneurs worldwide. She brings over two decades of study with world-renowned experts such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Jean Houston, and Dr. Deepak Chopra. A veteran teacher of the Omega Institute and a graduate from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Chrystal is a Holistic Healthcare Professional, Certified Transformational Life Coach, Intuitive Healer, Massage Therapist, Ceremonial Leader, Yoga Teacher & Systema Practitioner. She works with clients both remotely and in person worldwide.

Phoenix Washington Born and raised in Chicago, Phoenix Washington got his acting inspiration from studying the famous Second City Improv alumni and, combined with a background in theater, he honed his acting chops on stage through improv shows and plays simultaneously. While an undergraduate student at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, Washington was among the original eight members of “Subject to Change,” an award-winning improv troupe in Grand Rapids. Since his professional career began in Atlanta, in 2015, Washington has starred in numerous films, television series, and digital shows, including “Fatal Attraction,” “Your Worst Nightmare,” and Discovery ID’s “Murder Calls.” Additionally, Phoenix stars as Klay Denard in the TV series, “Coin$,” which can be seen on all streaming platforms. Most recently, Washington was offered a guest starring role on season two of the independently produced comedy series, “Everyone is Doing Great,” created by “One Tree Hill” alums, James Lafferty and Stephen Colletti, acting opposite one of the show’s lead characters. Washington now resides in Florida, where he performs at improv shows and acting showcases as he continues to put in his work to become one of this generation’s greatest artists.

Olga Sanachina Olga Sanachina is an improv theatre performer, playback theatre actor and trainer, psychologist, and community builder. She moved to US 2.5 years ago to explore life and relationship here. She is a traveler and collector of stories of life from all over the world - European countries, India, African countries, US, Canada, Russia, Past-USSR countries, Middle Asia, and more. Performance-art artist and art-based therapist.

Michael Gallace Michael Gallace has been performing and teaching improv for over 10 years. His love for improv began in college, where he honed his skills as a member of the Rollins Improv Players. There, under the guidance of Dr. David Charles, Michael learned the art of improv and discovered his passion for it. Following his college years, Michael was selected to become a Fulbright Scholar tasked with teaching English and public speaking courses at Mekong University in Vietnam. There, he introduced improv as part of his curiculum to his students, using it as a tool for a more dynamic language-learning experience. Upon returning to the United States, Michael continued to expand his knowledge of improv, taking classes at Improv Asylum and Improv Boston. There he earned a spot in the cast of a recurring longform show before eventually moving back down to the Tampa Bay Area. Today, Michael can be found improvising as a cast member of Whose Line St. Pete at the St Pete Comedy Theater. He is thrilled to be a part of Love and Fire Improv and excited to share this passion and fun with audiences on such important and personal topics.
Danielle Sarah An improv enthusiast since her days at OCVTS Performing Arts Academy, Danielle reignited her passion for spontaneous comedy upon moving to Florida. Joining the On-Deck Cast at Florida Studio Theatre, she seamlessly blended her love for performance with the vibrant Sarasota community. Beyond the stage, Danielle, an avid traveler, explores the world while also showering attention on her cat, Princess, and her partner, Greg. She is so excited to join Love & Fire Improv, as she aims to showcase healthy relationship dynamics and empower those who feel silenced to raise their voices.


Donovan Whitney Donovan is truly honored and humbled to be a part of such a unique team of talented, hilarious, and wonderful people! Donovan is originally from Indiana and moved to St. Pete five years ago to pursue a career in theater. During that time he’s managed to have done several productions in Florida and made many friends along the way! He works at Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe in Sarasota, FL as the Assistant to the Artistic Director and he also serves as the WBTT Casting Coordinator. For his improv background he’s trained with American Stage Improv in St. Pete.
Abigail Almond (on Temporary Leave of Absence) Abby is an actress, comedian, and videographer. She had been performing improv for the past 3 years. Abby is a graduate of Florida Southern College, receiving a BFA in theatrical performance and a minor in film. She was part of FSCs improv troupe, Studio Box, is proud to be continuing her love of improv (and Rated R "edu-tainment" comedy) with Love and Fire Improv. In her free time, she enjoys working out, playing with her dog, and fishing. Her favorite pub sub is the BLT.
